Yes they did. I stopped in with my used car purchased a couple of month ago because the dash light warning me of low tire pressure. I had filled it the day before s I stopped in with my used car purchased a couple of month ago because the dash light warning me of low tire pressure. I had filled it the day before so obviously a problem when it triggered the warning light less than 12 hrs, later. The service area was very busy and no appointments or loaners were available.. The service manager saw my situation and said, no problem, we will take care of you. And they did just that. Made me comfortable, took the car, replaced the tire as it had a screw in the side that could not be repaired. Worked me in, fixed the problem, just as nice as they could be and sent me on my way...what a service oriented team. Thanks so much for being such good sports and walking me through my first service visit. More
