This was for a recall from Mercedes-Benz. I was told not to drive the car until after the inspection. At the end of the service, he provided me with a copy of the receipt and an explanation page to be kept with the vehicle. Jacob was very polite and informative. More

Jane Harpster, in the service department, was extremely helpful. She kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle.
