Went to Dealer this morning at 7:30am to get a part for my wife's car nobody was at the parts counter I waited a few moments then I asked the receptionist if anyone was available for the parts counter she my wife's car nobody was at the parts counter I waited a few moments then I asked the receptionist if anyone was available for the parts counter she gave me the most sarcastic and unprofessional response OBVIOUSLY not with an attitude. I was completely shocked and disappointed with her response not the level of customer service you would expect from an employee. Especially with a job where greeting and talking to customers is what you do. By the way her name she gave me was (SARAH) if that was even her name. With this dealer being under new ownership this is not a good look. We are in the market for a new Mercedes looks like a vist to Tysons corner. A definite training opportunity. More
