Friendly and helpful Craig Johnson was very attentive and helpful with our cracked windshield. Though we felt it was a warranty issue because of the nature of the crack, Craig Johnson was very attentive and helpful with our cracked windshield. Though we felt it was a warranty issue because of the nature of the crack, we were pleased with Craig and the dealership in replacement of our windshield. This is not the first windshield on a Mercedes that has been damaged while we possessed the car. We do feel that Mercedes should try to make windshields that can endure small rocks or items hitting the windshield. More
