This car was hard to find but he never stopped looking until he found the exact car/color/interior that I was looking for. It was a birthday gift to myself and it didn't arrive on time due to the holiday but he made sure he kept me informed of the progress and when I arrived to pick the car up it was on the showroom floor with beautiful happy birthday balloons attached. He took the time to make sure I was familiar with the vehicle even though after we finished the purchase it was past closing time. Kathie (in Finance) was great also she explained everything to us and did a fantastic job. She was very pleasant to wok with. Brendan was very instrumental in the negotiation process and was a pleasure to work with also. Overall we had a great experience. The last time we bought new Mercedes Benz's from this dealership was 2003 and we purchased a new E320 and a new CLK320 and I must say this was the best experience so you just keep getting better!
