I just purchased a 2016 C300W4, this being my 7th purchase through this dealership. I am 45 years old and have owned 41 cars, many of which have been bought through new/ used car dealers. Hands down, Mercedes Benz of Richmond has been the best experience I have ever had, time and time again. I can truly say that everyone there, from sales to service is a delight to work with and have treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Exceptional Luck We were @ the BMW dealer looking at a 750 iL. Had extensively searched for CLS 550, but couldn't find the 'right one'. On a whim we stopped by the B We were @ the BMW dealer looking at a 750 iL. Had extensively searched for CLS 550, but couldn't find the 'right one'. On a whim we stopped by the Broad St store about 5:25p. Mike Rosen met us in the lot and asked what we were looking for. Had 2013, but was not what we desired. He reviewed our bucket list and vowed to find it. 2 days later we had an email, with pix, and the header, "l found your car!" Within a week; car was transported from Florida, got certified and we purchased. Unbelievable turn of events and the 'Perfect' retirement present for my wife! Excellent job, Mike! More
