This was for a recall from Mercedes-Benz. I was told not to drive the car until after the inspection. Jane Harpster, in the service department, was extremely helpful. She kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle. These are the type of people that give car dealers a bad name. The guys that work in the service department are dishonest and will steal from you and not think twice. I took my car in to get service and the name. The guys that work in the service department are dishonest and will steal from you and not think twice. I took my car in to get service and they said I needed new spark plugs and one new coil, the service representative Tyler Peay gave me a price of 1300-1400 to do the job! My response was please give me a break down of the labor and parts, and he went over that with me three times. I then asked him are you sure it is that much and Tyler said yes that is the actual cost. Then I told Tyler I don’t understand your estimate because plugs are only $35 each and one coil is only about $100. How in the world did you get 1300-1400 total and his response was ooohhh! I am not sure let me call you back. Well Tyler called me back after 20 minutes and didn’t know what to say. The only thing he said was sorry I made a mistake! Stay away from this dealership unless you want to be screwed. More
