The service specialist I turned my car over to called in sick the next and no one returned my call about when I can come pick up my car. The receptionist transferred my call to another service specialist to sick the next and no one returned my call about when I can come pick up my car. The receptionist transferred my call to another service specialist to leave a message and the person did not return my call either. I had to go down there the next day only to find out that my car was ready the same day I dropped it off. All the car needed was freon gas for the A/C. Very disappointed, did not expect this kind of service from Mercedes Benz. More
This dealership is horrible. My Mercedes has been there to get worked on it’s been 2 months goin on 3 an they haven’t even looked at. Will Goodpasture, my service representative was amazing! I showed up with a dead battery and no appointment near closing time. He was fast, efficient and even helpful in scheduling my maintenance service I showed up with a dead battery and no appointment near closing time. He was fast, efficient and even helpful in scheduling my maintenance service while the car was at the dealership. He called me when my car was ready for pickup and had it waiting For me. He deserves 5star plus rating! More
Service was good. But I was told when i made the reservation at the call center that they couldn't guaranty a loaner car. I feel that was unacceptable for the price point of my 2021 GLE53. the service provider advised me that in the future i should call him directly and he would ensure a loaner is available. The call center should have advised me of that. I waited over 4 hours for my car to be service. More
The personal service I have enjoyed at the Reno MB is amazing and appreciated. My new service advisor Will is responsive, available and progressional. The facility is new and clean. Waiting room lacks powered outlets that makes it difficult to do work while waiting the 2-3 hour wait that is usually required for service. He did an excellent job of informing me of needed service and did so in a very pleasant way. He is a keeper. The service quality is consistently excellent, but is very pricey. More
