From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by their commitment to great communication, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the service center's exemplary communication. The staff (Marlon) members were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. They took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, thoroughly explaining the necessary repairs and maintenance procedures in a way that was easy for me to understand. We recently had our Sprinter in the shop for 3 weeks. The starter issue was diagnosed as a misplaced fuse issue and when we got the car back the radio, dashboard lights and power charger weren't working The starter issue was diagnosed as a misplaced fuse issue and when we got the car back the radio, dashboard lights and power charger weren't working. We were told it would be a 2 month wait to get the new issues looked at. In December 2022 a 2 1/2 hr job for emission modification took 3 weeks because someone forgot to order parts. This is after waiting 2-3 weeks to get on the schedule. More

The service specialist I turned my car over to called in sick the next and no one returned my call about when I can come pick up my car. The receptionist transferred my call to another service specialist to sick the next and no one returned my call about when I can come pick up my car. The receptionist transferred my call to another service specialist to leave a message and the person did not return my call either. I had to go down there the next day only to find out that my car was ready the same day I dropped it off. All the car needed was freon gas for the A/C. Very disappointed, did not expect this kind of service from Mercedes Benz. More
