I had my car serviced yesterday. Sean, my new service advisor, was amazing. He took the time to demonstrate a couple of features on my car which I had questions about. He explained t Sean, my new service advisor, was amazing. He took the time to demonstrate a couple of features on my car which I had questions about. He explained the service process and found me a loaner, as having a car is critical to my business. And he communicated regularly with me, both before and during my day of service. It was a pleasure working with him. I hope he continues to work at MCBZ long into the future. He’s a 10! More

By appointment dropped off vehicle for a recall (brake pedal booster check) on May.31st and requested to have transmission diagnosed (jerking). Received a call on Jun.01st with suggestion to have brakes d pedal booster check) on May.31st and requested to have transmission diagnosed (jerking). Received a call on Jun.01st with suggestion to have brakes done for $1700.00 but no news of finding about recall or Transmission. Waited 8 days to call and left a message. Received a call stating vehicle has been ready for pickup since Jun.02nd. Recall is done. NO repair needed. (Booster is in good condition). Transmission was not diagnosed. Asked Sean again to diagnose the transmission and waited for his call. He did not call back. Finally, after two days of waiting I went to pick up my vehicle on Jun.10th before end of the day and found vehicle was totally dead, it would not even unlock. They kept my vehicle for 11 days for NOTHING but hassle. More
I brought my 2013 G63 in for an engine light for an emissions leak at the end of January. Since then, I have had a few things fixed and spent over 12K on my truck and the same problem still exists. It's now June 8, 2023, and the dealership is basically letting my vehicle sit in the back. 4 months and running! So frustrating! The management does not seem to care. More
