Another thing, last year I took it in for a broken window shade and was told the part needed to be ordered and they would call. Never got a call. Waited til next service and when I scheduled appt. I mentioned the window shade. I was told it would be done at that time. When I picked up car, they said they needed to order the part... Again... Never heard back. A year later and still no follow up, fix or part has shown up. Also, told I needed new tires this July when they didn't fix issues it was in for, I had new tires put on in Jan. at a tire business. Took it to tire business that put tires on and they said tires are at 70%... So mercedes wants me to get new tires, but can't fix the three issues I bring the car in for. Chance sold me the car, he was absolutely great. Everything since then is not. Service dept. and service managers need an overhaul. My daughter has an Audi, the service there is impeccable in comparison. They update consistently, offer loaner, follow up, and get you in quickly. Too bad I don't love Audi cars.
