No updates were given. No phone calls were returned. When I drove up to the dealership, service people were together in a small glass walled office, next to the coffee ro No phone calls were returned. Yet, when I call to the service department, their answering service was unable to find any service adviser at all. Can't find the manager, put's me into the voice mail, which did not get returned. Day after day. Took the car to a different shop after the repairs and was told by that shop that MB of Reno had been misleading/wrong about one of the issues, had to pay additional 300$ for some correctional diagnostic fees, another 2 days in a shop. Maybe they are short of staff, don't know. Just in case, changed my choice for the next vehicle. My wife's car gets serviced in another dealership and it's night and day. More

Service Department won’t return calls. They take your car. They take your money, but in between you can’t get them to answer the phone or return your call. Just need an estimated completion date and they can’t even text you a response. I would expect more from a Mercedes dealership. If I had any suggestions for future customers, it would be find a private mechanic or drive to Roseville Mercedes and save yourself the hassle. I won’t be making the same mistake again. More
VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE ADVISOR TODAY. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT 9 DAYS AGO FOR TODAY BECAUSE THIS IS THE BEST DAY FOR ME TO GET SERVICE FOR MY CAR. MY APPOINTMENT LAST 9/30/23 WAS ALSO BOOKED I MADE AN APPOINTMENT 9 DAYS AGO FOR TODAY BECAUSE THIS IS THE BEST DAY FOR ME TO GET SERVICE FOR MY CAR. MY APPOINTMENT LAST 9/30/23 WAS ALSO BOOKED IN ADVANCE AND I DROPPED OFF MY CAR EARLY JUST TO FIND OUT ABOUT 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE SHOP'S CLOSING TIME THAT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO GET TO MY CAR. NOW, THE SERVICE ADVISOR TODAY SAID HE TRIPLE BOOKED AND HE IS NOT EVEN MY SERVICE ADVISOR BASICALLY TELLING ME THERE'S NO WAY HE WILL ACCOMMODATE ME TODAY. FIRST OFF, I'M A CUSTOMER AND I DID NOT JUST WALKED IN. I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE. WHY AM I UNIMPORTANT BECAUSE I HAVE A DIFFERENT SERVICE ADVISOR? I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED THIS EVER! IT WAS JUST BEYOND RIDICULOUS. ALSO, WHY "TRIPLE BOOK"? JUST WHY? DON'T THEY VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS' TIME? IF IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO SERVICE MY CAR ON MY APPOINTMENT DATE, A CALL OR TEXT WOULD'VE BEEN PROPER. ME AND MY HUSBAND DEDICATED THIS DAY TO GET MY CAR SERVICED WE HAD TO WAKE UP EARLY AND DRIVE BOTH OF OUR CARS TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT JUST TO BE TOLD BASICALLY " WELL NOW THAT YOU'RE HERE, THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO FOR YOU SO IT'S YOUR CHOICE TO RESCHEDULE OR LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE BUT FOR SURE WE WON'T BE ABLE TO GET YOUR SERVICE DONE TODAY BECAUSE I TRIPLE BOOKED MY OWN APPOINTMENTS".
