My appointment was at 740 for an oil change. I made the appointment 10 days prior. They did seem to worry that I had been waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours before they CALLED me to inform me they were waiting on a oil filter before they start my job. Unbelievable More
I have had nothing but positive experiences except my last service visit. When I called to make the appointment I requested a loaner, I was told to ask the Service rep when I dropped off my car. I arrived at 7:30am and asked about a loaner, I was told that he would check into it and get back to me, I was also told that the service would take about four hours, over six hours later I still was at the dealership, no one ever got back to me about a loaner. I was so disappointed because like I said earlier I've had nothing but positive interactions before. More

Dropped off my car for a standard 30 K mile check up last Thursday. My check in was normal I spoke with Marvin. He told me my car would be ready sometime around 3 PM and then he would call me to pick it up. Thursday. My check in was normal I spoke with Marvin. He told me my car would be ready sometime around 3 PM and then he would call me to pick it up. I never received a call to come pick my car up that day so my husband and I drove over at 6 PM and waited 30 minutes before we were helped. My car was ready however and we finally found my key and I drove home. I didn’t drive for two days then on Monday, I pulled out of my garage and a bunch of oil it was on my garage floor. We assumed it was the plug or gasket that was not put on correctly or tightened. I then called Monday morning and nobody would answer the phone. I tried calling for about 45 minutes starting at 8am. I finally reached a very nice female voice don’t know her name and explained the situation. She told me to drive over immediately and I would be helped. And then drove over and waited 30 minutes for somebody to help me it was very busy lots of people dropping their cars off for service. I saw Marvin and told him the situation and he took my key and told me how sorry he was and that there was no excuse for this to happen. I told him I would wait for the shuttle in the waiting room. I waited an hour and a half for the shuttle, I kept coming out trying to figure out where the shuttle was and ask people but nobody was there to help me. Finally after an hour and a half, I interrupted a woman that was sitting near the service coordinators area where the shuttle was she called the shuttle person he was here the whole time but didn’t know that he had a pick up because Marvin didn’t tell him apparently that’s the process she explained. The shuttle driver was very nice and took me home once he knew that I have been waiting for quite a while. I never received a call back again to pick up my car. My husband and I drove over at about 5:30 PM and waited for a little bit before somebody helped me. Finally someone helped me, not Marvin he had left for the day. My car was ready and according to the coordinator, it was a faulty gasket. I’m not buying it I believe the mechanic is at fault here. The customer service was horrible, my time is very valuable, I prepaid for mechanic services thinking that this would ease the process when taking my car in for a standard service. Apparently not. I’m very disappointed in this dealership service department. More
Disappointed in the service department and their lack of preparedness. Waited three weeks for an appointment, only to arrive and be told they'd need to order the parts, for an oil change?!
