This review is for one visit only. This was the first year check. I was disappointed in that the car was service including the AC ducts. I had a simple issue to resolve, the detection sensors (obstacles) failed. I thought this would be a simple fix but $2,400 later, Mercedes advised the problem was remedied. Unfortunately, during the time (obstacles) failed. I thought this would be a simple fix but $2,400 later, Mercedes advised the problem was remedied. Unfortunately, during the time at Mercedes the rear bumper was scratched deep enough to require a body/paint shop to repair. Mercedes authorized the repair at their approved body shop and I was very happy with the repair. More
Appointment dates have to be booked so far out. I did go in to see if I could get quicker help on a new auxiliary battery I needed . Will was fantastic and helped get me in and my car fixed. All repairs we done correctly. Good communication regarding the problems and completion. However, I did not authorize an "A"Service, I do this myself. Brandon M, my service rep was waiting for me when I arrived, checked me in,secured a loaner car for me, presented me with an estimate of what my service costs would be & I was on my way in 15-20 min. arrived, checked me in,secured a loaner car for me, presented me with an estimate of what my service costs would be & I was on my way in 15-20 min. Found I needed some additional service work so he sent me a text with cost to get my approval & I still had my car back by mid afternoon.
