My Rep was great. However, I arrived for my 0700, early bird, appointment at 0650. Was rudely told they're in a meeting go to the waiting room. Stuck my head in the manager's office and told them I'm here for my 0700 come and get me when you're ready. After the manager imparted his vast and mightily important info to the staff I found myself finally getting checked in at 0730.. Had to get up at 0400 to get here for the 0700 show. Why have a freaking appt. if the manager can just do anything he wants? Probably rolling his eyes as he reads this. I would expect nothing less from this guy. Really how dare him just dismiss a customer like he is somebody and we customers have no plans other than to sit in the waiting room. Seems to me you could get a better manager. Garry Shelton More
Apparently when calling, the call goes to a "Service Center" and not directly to the dealership. I called 3 times to make a service/recall notice for my car and was told someone would return my call. I went online to schedule, filled out the questionnaire, THREE TIMES and type of service requested always would be erased. I showed up at the dealership and said "WE have you scheduled but NO description of service was requested :( Your computer system has a hiccup !!! Service rep Sean was very understanding and helpful More
We experienced Excellent service from Sean, in the service dept. He was very thorough on what was getting done & promptly called when my Benz was ready and again went over everything that was taken c service dept.
