I had a simple issue to resolve, the detection sensors (obstacles) failed. I thought this would be a simple fix but $2,400 later, Mercedes advised the problem was remedied. Unfortunately, during the time at Mercedes the rear bumper was scratched deep enough to require a body/paint shop to repair. Mercedes authorized the repair at their approved body shop and I was very happy with the repair. More
Appointment dates have to be booked so far out. I did go in to see if I could get quicker help on a new auxiliary battery I needed . Will was fantastic and helped get me in and my car fixed. All repairs we done correctly. Good communication regarding the problems and completion. However, I did not authorize an "A"Service, I do this myself. I don't know if they were trying to pull a bait and switch or if they're generally incompetent. They listed a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ with approximately 70,000 miles. I arrived at the dealership and the only vehicle that was somewhat close was a 2014 which looked nothing like the photo in their ad which appeared on both autotrader and cars.com. I am purchasing a vehicle for the company I work for so aftermarket modifications are a no go. The vehicle on the lot had aftermarket tires and wheels and was dirty and unfit for retail sales. When I brought the issue up to the salesmen he said the photo was a "stock" photo and the fact was clearly stated in the ad. I scrolled through the ad and nowhere did it suggest it was not a photo of the actual vehicle. I asked the salesmen to point out where this was stated and he instantly tried to change the subject. I also asked about the unacceptable condition of the vehicle and was told it hadn't made to the service department yet. ????? Then why is it listed for sale?! I had prepped myself for a bit of Mercedes pretension but I was not prepared for blatant dishonesty or the condescending attitude of the 20 year old salesmen. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this mob. More

My only issues were: 1) I went in to diagnose a wheel rattle (needed new shocks, no services performed) and my shocks were in even worse condition coming out. I can't even take a small neighborhood road bump anymore without it sounding like my car will break. It wasn't like that when I brought it in, so the mechanics did something during the time they had it to somehow worsen the issue. The rattle is still there, which I expected, but not for it to drive worse, especially when paying $240 for just a simple diagnosis. I fear any additional damage this might cause to my car until I can get it fixed. 2) I needed a recall service for my Smart Car (there's no Smart dealership in Reno) and they booked it without knowing they couldn't perform that service. Only Smart car dealerships can perform that kind of recall service. It would have been helpful to know that upon booking the appointment. More
