I was a new car dealership principal for many years, hence my knowledge. My first experience was without issues for the needed repair except for mysterious issues requiring additional repairs. I had performed a technical diagnosis prior to delivering the vehicle for work. I chalked the experience up to "these things do happen". I returned to have work performed and presented a valid 25% parts and labor discount coupon, which was attached to the signed work order. Upon picking up the "repaired Sprinter", the discount coupon had disappeared, and I paid an additional $500.00 plus for the repair. Low and behold, another issue ensued and my heretofore reliable developed a new issue while sitting at the dealership. After contacting the regional manager for Mercedes Benz of Reno and having explained the issues, I was given a royal runaround and "word salad". I proceed to take my Sprinter to a independent to have the work performed for one third of the Con-artist crew at Mercedes Benz of Reno. The mechanic asked me to accompany him into the shop and proceeded to show me a fresh cut (clean) to my wiring harness. This company should have its' license to operate revoked. More

He could easily have oversold me but instead he offered me their ex demo model which achieved my financial goal and allowed me to keep my Corvette. That made me very happy and I am extremely pleased with the GLB - so far it is good at everything and is surprisingly fun to drive. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Worst experience of my life! !!! I will never go back!! Just took it in for 2 recalls..1st.. they told me on the phone I would have a loaner car.. I live an hour away and had a 10 !!! I live an hour away and had a 10 week old puppy at home I needed to get home to... get there they said No .. they don't do loaner cars.. they need only 3 hours but have a shuttle.. shuttle drops me at the mall says he off at 11am .. no shuttle to pick me up..had to walk back in 101 degrees..told them there was a flash of an abs sensors.. said they checked it and it was perfectly fine.. But I am spewing oil..xxx? No I wasnt!.. said they needed $1000.00 to fix it .. but did an oil change anyway and sent me home .. an hour away... only got 2 miles down the road . And I lose the gas pedal... I call and they say limp it back .. we can't help you we don't have a tow truck ..nothing was wrong with my car when I took it in!! I limp it back and it dies in the intersection of the Hwy .. where the freeway and highway come together... I was in tears.. my husband left work for the puppy.. I was there till 5:45 pm .. been there since 8:30 am... it was the Abs sensor that they said was perfectly fine... then wanted to schedule an appt for the $1000.00 oil repair .. F that!! I will never goback !! I will drive to Sacramento..3 hours .. to have work done before ever going back there! Just horrible!!! More
