Since purchasing my car in September 2017, Stephen has actively supported me by obtaining the previous service history, reviewing service bulletins, and ensuring that all scheduled maintenance service is performed. He recently insisted that I return to investigate an intermittent warning alarm that resulted in replacement of a failed sensor. He also resolved a concern I had with the Tirefit kit. Stephen is to be commended for always putting the customer first! More

Even though leith merc is not the nearest dealership I don't mind driving an extra 10 miles because i know what am gona get. I went there to order a replacement key and told them that I could not bring my car to the dealership to get it programmed. They told me that it would be 2-3 days for the key to come in and they would ca that I could not bring my car to the dealership to get it programmed. They told me that it would be 2-3 days for the key to come in and they would call me when it did. I waited 3 days for a car then when I called them they said they had it. I again asked for any suggestions for having my key programmed because I could not drive my car they directed me to roadside assistance who said that there was nothing they could do for me. Again they offered no other suggestions so I finally had my car towed to the dealership where there was in fact no programming to do at all. More
