Eric had taken the time to get to know me and he had several wonderful choices ready for me. They were all great and demonstrated that he grasped what was important to me. He also showed me some new features which are incredible. The very best part was his genuine concern that he provide the best fit for me. He was very helpful in shing us different models as we could not decide between a convertible and a sporty convertible. I went there to order a replacement key and told them that I could not bring my car to the dealership to get it programmed. They told me that it would be 2-3 days for the key to come in and they would ca that I could not bring my car to the dealership to get it programmed. They told me that it would be 2-3 days for the key to come in and they would call me when it did. I waited 3 days for a car then when I called them they said they had it. I again asked for any suggestions for having my key programmed because I could not drive my car they directed me to roadside assistance who said that there was nothing they could do for me. Again they offered no other suggestions so I finally had my car towed to the dealership where there was in fact no programming to do at all. More
