He guided us through a thorough test drive and worked with us until we were confident that we were purchasing the right vehicle for us. As we drove home to Winston-Salem, our decision was confirmed with a "dream ride" as it was late in the evening to be driving, but driving became a real pleasure. Our C250 drove so smoothly and hugged the road. The dealership personnel were all friendly, but working with Eric made our experience especially pleasant. More
Best Experience Ever! I didn't know what to expect when I began the process to purchase a Mercedes Benz, as it was my first time. I made a visit to the dealership in order to gain an understanding of Mercedes Benz products. Matt Hoh met us when we parked, and after we explained what we were trying to accomplish, he took us in the right direction. I was not prepared to purchase that day, and told Matt that I would return the next day. There was absolutely no pressure, as I have experienced in other dealerships in the past. I did my homework during the evening on what Matt showed us. The next morning, I received a phone call from Leith Mercedes Benz to set an appointment up. When I arrived, Matt was waiting, ready to test drive the vehicle we were interested in. It was all so smooth! When I was indecisive, Matt was flexible. We left with a 2014 GLK 350, and I was completely happy! The exchange of keys got my attention- Mercedes Benz is over the top on the classy stuff! A box with two glittering keys and a pen with the Mercedes Benz logo....for me, that was HUGE! The next day, I received a thank you letter from Matt, the card was another example of the high standard of Mercedes Benz! I am going to make a scrapbook of our first Mercedes experience! I went to drop something off to the dealership today, and the manager asked me how I liked the car- and after, he didn't just shake my hand, he gave me a big hug! They CARE. I'm hooked! Most importantly, my wife has a very safe, extremely reliable vehicle- that just happens to be beautiful, like her...in a mechanical kind of way. Matt Hoh is my guy- integrity squared. I will buy me a Mercedes soon, too! More
Leith Mercedes Experience I could right paragraphs, but to sum it all up quickly this was the BEST, EASIEST car buying experience ever!!! I called Mr. George Brown, asked about a car, when we pulled up it was cleaned up, gased up and ready to deal. We took a quick test drive and straight to the papers. I am not one for going back and fourth for a hour, which is why I loved this quick, painless process. Price was what you expect to pay when buying a Mercedes and the value for my vehicle I traded was great. I walked in around 6pm and left not too long after with my new car!!! Those guys are the absolute best. It felt like home and I encourage ANYONE who is looking a Mercedes to see these guys. My final paperwork process was a breeze with Bruce Mariani. Tip top service!!! Very professional. I also received a follow-up phone call the next morning from Mr. Brown. I felt like I was talking with my Dad! He is superb! Thanks for everything, Emily J-R More
When me and my husband walked in the dealership we were greeted with great customer service and friendliness. However, I really was not satisfied with the deal we got from the trade-in we made. I owed approximately $7700 on my Mercedes wagon but it was too low for me to drive on regular bases(had knee replacement) which I had text prior to coming to the dealership on the dealer website. David Wells greeted us with the upmost professionalism and kindness. He gave us $9000 for the Mercedes I had to trade which was not too bad. However it got bad when he asked for $1500 down which meant the only thing that the dealership did was pay off our vehicle. I blame myself for not doing my homework because I believe I could have sold my vehicle outright for at least $10,500. I would not have felt bad about the $9000 but when he asked for additional cash it was obvious we just gave away the vehicle we had; no profit which I called Mr. Wells back and stated to him. I was also disappointed to find out that the vehicle came in another color; red. Mr. Wells stated he felt I would not want the red one; how did he know he did not ask and led us to believe the only vehicle he had available was the one we purchased. I also informed Mr. Wells we did not want a large car note because we are both retired. I was straight up and honest with Mr. Wells because that is the only way I was raised to be. However, we have a car note that is close to $500; imagine that. My husband states he we could handle it but I still feel like we were somewhat taken. I know God will work it out for us. I will still recommend the dealership but I will explain to whomever I talk to my experience and recommend they really do their homework and stick to their guns as to what they want their car note to be. Robert Clark was extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful. We showed up 30 minutes before closing, and he stayed with us until our purchase was finalized around 8:30pm. Other dealerships can feel more competetive at times, but not here. I would highly recommend Leith Mercedez-Benz to anyone.
