As far as I am concerned the best engineered car available to the public is, was and always will be the Mercedes. I was greeted like the prodical son of Biblical note. I was treated as if I never left and was showed the greatest courtesy I have ever experienced from a car dealership. Making the story short I got to see all the models I was interested in with great patience and expertise by Mr Farhan Ghanty, the most knowledgable salesman I have ever encountered. Farhan was up to date on the operation of the latest advances and developments of all Mercedes models.and was eager to demonstrate them. Farhan also introduced me to Ed Sigmon the Sales Manager and Bruce Mariani who completed the final paperwork of my purchase with top-notch administrative skills. The entire experience at LEITH was a pleasure. I would be very happy to recommend LEITH Mercedes of Raleigh to anyone in the market for a new or used late model Mercedes. More

I was greeted by Silvio Guzman upon my initial arrival to the dealership. Silvio guided me effortlessly with the outmost professionalism and kindness through the somewhat convoluted process of finding a certified vehicle as I had a specific model, interior and exterior color, mileage and accessories in mind. Silvio was always patient, responsive and provided me with amazing customer service until the exact model became available, many weeks after our initial introduction. At no time did I feel under any pressure to make a purchase; it was as if I was there just gathering information. I feel Ed Sigmon did a great job getting me the best price possible for my trade considering it was a practically new car that I really wasn't satified with. The delivery process was very smooth. John Proctor took care of all the paperwork in a timely manner. John Hesch oriented me to all the features of the vehicle, paired my iPhone, introduced me to the service department, and took me to the boutique/store where I made several purchases.
