The only bad thing I will say was that the wait time to actually speak to someone and be scheduled is ENTIRELY way too long. Once I spoke to an available service rep I received what I needed, was scheduled and my car was repaired that day. No issues. It was clean and I felt their COVID-19 protocols were in line with CDC/ State regulations. More
