I think for me, Miguel is the experience differenciator!! I think the Team at Princeton MB is lucky to have Miguel. He is always there (weird actually since doesn't matter when I go, he is the constant factor I think the Team at Princeton MB is lucky to have Miguel. He is always there (weird actually since doesn't matter when I go, he is the constant factor!!) and has been very pragmatic in my approach to service support. Tells it like it is; what needs to be done and what he can help me with. He has been amazing and for a luxury dealership, makes it very easy to come in and ensure that you are dealing with a fair and honest representative of the MB Family; that makes a big difference - thank you. I will give a simple example of a headlight change where he asked me to buy the bulb and simply dropped down and changed it himself in the parking lot as we chatted (no charge off course!!). I have been to enough luxury dealerships to know that that is not the norm and even thought money was not the issue, his actions ensured that he made a customer for life that day!!! More
