I showed up almost an hour early for a service appointment on a Monday morning, but even so, they didn't keep me waiting. Within a few minutes I was talking with the service advisor, and 10 minute appointment on a Monday morning, but even so, they didn't keep me waiting. Within a few minutes I was talking with the service advisor, and 10 minutes later I was on my way in the loaner car. When I came back, my car was ready. All I had to do was sign the receipt and get my car back! My only feedback would be that it would have been nice to have the advisor review the tech's findings, since it wasn't immediately obvious that he had found nothing. But that's pretty minor compare with my experience at other dealerships. More
