I love my Mercedes A220!It is pothole season, and I hit I love my Mercedes A220! It is pothole season, and I hit one and got a flat tire, rt. front. I brought it in to be replaced. It took 2 hrs. and 15 mi I love my Mercedes A220! It is pothole season, and I hit one and got a flat tire, rt. front. I brought it in to be replaced. It took 2 hrs. and 15 minutes - which seems excessive. Then, Jeff told me that the other front tire had been damaged and also needed replacing. But it was, again, not in stock (the first one wasn't either). Why would you not order two tires when ordering one, just to have in stock? At the end of the day, Jeff offered me a loaner car and just leave my car there - it would have been a better decision for me to have done that. Now I have to go back today for the second tire replacement, and the flat tire is pretty flat. Jeff and all the people at Mercedes are great to work with - very considerate. Jeff was right that a loaner would have been a better answer. But I would have brought the car back for the second tire sooner if I knew it wasn't going to take all afternoon, since I had a deadline on a project I'm working on at work. Thanks, anyway, to all! We unexpectly had to drop our car off for service. This was not a problem for the Princeton Mercedes-Benz team. They contacted us immediately to let us know they were working on the car. The went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and that we were well informed. They did a full check on the car even though this wasn't requested. Linda Teague was wonderful. I hit a pot hole traveling to a Viewing on the NJ Tpke. on 2/4/21. I had to have my car towed and was understandably upset.
