Linda Tague is the "Best" service coordinator I have ever worked with. The rest of the staff from the time you drive your car in to the time you leave, each person has been very courteous and attentive. I tr worked with. The rest of the staff from the time you drive your car in to the time you leave, each person has been very courteous and attentive. I travel 40 minutes for service. There are 2 other Mercedes dealers within 20 minutes but the service I get is extraordinary, Thank you! Great job! More

Once Allen took over the scheduling, the Diesel Upgrade went so smoothly, A loaner vehicle was made available and very useful. The Diesel Upgrade process took two iterations but the end result is an upgrad went so smoothly, A loaner vehicle was made available and very useful.
