I needed a new key fob for my Mercedes GLB250 and the service experience was seamless and convenient. Mike from parts coordinated with Andy from service to submit all the paperwork to my extended warrant service experience was seamless and convenient. Had a great service experience! I had gotten a flat in my GT53 and because of the unique tires I needed to replace them as the one tire would not hold air. I called the service dep I had gotten a flat in my GT53 and because of the unique tires I needed to replace them as the one tire would not hold air. I called the service department and within a few hours they had tires being delivered, then scheduled me for a first thing Saturday appointment and I was out the door in about an 90 minutes. Kudos to all involved. More
