My first time at this dealer and it was a pleasure. Only had a new battery installed (2 mos after buying the car at another dealer out of state) but Jeff the service manager gave me 10% off the job to Only had a new battery installed (2 mos after buying the car at another dealer out of state) but Jeff the service manager gave me 10% off the job to ensure I wasn’t sour on the Mercedes brand so soon after buying a CPO car. The car was also washed and detailed upon pickup. Great service! More

Victor and service center associates were very polite and responsive. Victor did not oversell service needs and focused on what is needed and helped reduce my cost. However the cost of service is higher responsive. Victor did not oversell service needs and focused on what is needed and helped reduce my cost. However the cost of service is higher than expected. It should not cost $600+ for an oil change and tire rotation. I will be reluctant to recommend More
