My Service Advisor Jeff Hirthler was a very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to servicing of my Mercedes S550. Great Service. Would be great if Mercedes Benz of Princeton could offer some annual warr knowledgeable in regards to servicing of my Mercedes S550. Great Service. Would be great if Mercedes Benz of Princeton could offer some annual warranty contract plan/program for out of warranty cars which covers parts and labor in exchange for a flat annual fee charged. The service department, and particularly Nick, were incredibly friendly. I was promptly attended to and quickly set up with a loaner. Overall, I was in and out in just 30 minutes. We are from out of state but had flat tire on the NJTurnpike on a Saturday. We called the dealership and they were incredibly helpful and friendly.
