the worst Mercedes-Benz dealership very unfriendly to customers,they push for customers to agree to services they do not actually need. One time I sent my car for a job that involved a flat tire and was customers,they push for customers to agree to services they do not actually need. One time I sent my car for a job that involved a flat tire and was already paying $2000.00 for the lady service parson asked me to add more service work I did not actually need. I asked her why since I'm already $200.00 in the red, her answer was "because you are already here. Terrible and uncaring customer service. After that, I left their dealership. More
