To address any issue, you need to except the mistakes and then try to correct it. Also, you should have general courtesy to answer the questions and explain your point. How come this service advisor is so full of himself and not explain me the reasons of his advise to add-on additional items in the service list? Isn't he making all the money for yourself? How could you rip-off your customers by putting so much work when it is actually not required? This is ridiculous... so ridiculous.
