This is my 2nd time (besides regular service A & B) to bring my car back to "Mercedes-Benz of Princeton" service center. The 1st time is the engine light issue. Paul did a great job to get it fixed and clearly explained what's the problem to me. I can easily understand what's going on even though I do not have any mechanical knowledge. Because of the great service I have received from Paul, I keep bugging him if I feel the car is not in good condition. West, East, Paul is the best! More

My wife owns a MB and has been using your service for years. Recently I became a member of the MB family; she told me to get the same Service Manage that she used. Brian McCoy is by far the most thorough and professional Service Manager I have ever dealt with. What's the old saying - "...leave no stone unturned?" I had a very strange issue with my M-class, and Brian xxxx near disemboweled the vesicle in his attempt to solve the problem. Fortunately he found nothing, so we wrote it off as a fluke. But I was so impressed by his work ethic that I would recommend Princeton MB ANYONE. (As long as they get Brian for a Service Manager) More
