Always Execptional Service! On a recent Saturday morning my car would not start, so I called Mercedes-Benz roadside assistance. I suspected it was the battery, but I was not sur On a recent Saturday morning my car would not start, so I called Mercedes-Benz roadside assistance. I suspected it was the battery, but I was not sure. After speaking with a very pleasant customer service representative over the phone, she arranged for a service person to come to my house. He arrived within 30 minutes of the call. He confirmed it was the battery, charged it in my garage, and then I drove the car to the dealership to have the service department check it. A new battery was installed, my car was washed to perfection, and I was on my way! And this was all on a Saturday afternoon! I cannot say enough great things about Miguel Cruz, my service advisor, who is FANTASTIC! He always makes sure that I am taken care of and satisfied. He is very knowledgeable and places a very high value on customer satisfaction. The roadside assistance technician who came to my house was excellent as well. E300 Service Scheduled a 'B' service for my car. Brian McCoy as always provided top-notch service. Took me right in as soon as I arrived and within 10-15 minutes I Scheduled a 'B' service for my car. Brian McCoy as always provided top-notch service. Took me right in as soon as I arrived and within 10-15 minutes I was on my way to work, in the loaner car which was almost like new. While some other dealerships may charge a little less for similar service, the customer service provided by Brian and team is excellent and that's why I continue coming back to MB of Princeton.. More

The car was washed for pickup. My Service agent was the Assistant Manager of the Service Department, Mr. Brian Mc Coy. His work ethic, and effort was attentive. Unscheduled corrective maintenance On Wednesday, 17 July our 2014, ML 550 suffered a problem with chain in the rear differential while we were traveling from St Petersburg, FL to Lovell On Wednesday, 17 July our 2014, ML 550 suffered a problem with chain in the rear differential while we were traveling from St Petersburg, FL to Lovell, ME for an extended vacation. The nearest dealership that would see me was MB of Princeton. Linda Tague was exceptionally helpful in working with me to take my vehicle for repair and guiding me to a rental car agency a short distance from the dealership. This allowed us to continue our travel to meet our son in Maine who was on one week leave from the U.S. Army just having returned from a two year tour of duty in Korea. It was not an option for me to stay in Princeton, NJ for an extended period of time and miss meeting our son and his family. Linda was able to configure a plan to have my car repaired, keep me advised of its status that permitted only a brief interruption of my travel plans. When my car was repaired, which was all under warranty, I returned and Linda advised me of the Trip Interruption service that would cover up to $900.00 of costs to me as the result of emerging maintenance. I am very happy with Mercedes Benz service and the team that delivers that excellent service. Jerry Talbot More
