Would have rated 5 stars if a loaner car had been provided - Brian McCoy called and informed me loaner will not be provided due to age of the vehicle - doesn't make sense to me - I spent $2500 for the repairs and don't see why dealership would not provide loaner to a paying customer. Furthermore the car was purchased at the dealership and serviced there for 8 years post purchase. Prior to this vehicle, we had leased other vehicles from the dealership - plenty of business provided to dealership to support loaner privilege. Loaners can only help with future sale by allowing customer to try out new vehicles. More
