I am always contacted if there are suggested repairs not identified by us but found by the techs doing the work. The call gives us the opportunity to give the go ahead or to wait. Horrible service that is rapidly going downhill This is a very annoying place to deal with.(which unfortunately we living in this area are stuck with). I bought my brand new cla from this showroom b This is a very annoying place to deal with.(which unfortunately we living in this area are stuck with). I bought my brand new cla from this showroom back in 2013. Things were acceptable..not perfect..but acceptable till last year, but since last year their service seems to have gone completely downhill. First, last October 2019..my cla kept having the "coolant level low," light on for a few days. One day, I had just parked...& the car refused to start up. The engine had just died. Luckily this happened while it was parked & not driving on the highway. It had to be towed to the dealership..and when I called...they said the car needed a new battery...this was when the car was around 6 years old & had around 47k miles on it( less than 50K miles). They billed me $691 for a new battery. Not a word was mentioned about the coolant level. Within a few weeks, the coolant light was on again. I took it back to the dealership in December & someone topped it off & said "things should be fine"..the light didn't turn on & so I thought it was addressed this time. I couldn't have been more wrong. In January this year, the coolant level light was on again. What has really upset me is this..I called & set up an appointment for them to look at the car again..I was given an appointment...14 days later. because I was told that's the 1st day they had a loaner available. not 1 or 2 or 3 days...but 14 days. Today, a few hours before my appointment,( set a full 2 weeks in advance) I get a call that they will likely not have a loaner car tomorrow & 'if I could just wait around when the repair is done' FACT>>THEY HAVE HAD THE CAR TWICE OVER THE LAST 100 DAYS & HAVE NOT IDENTIFIED/ADDRESSED THE PROBLEM. FACT>>I WAS TOLD THE CAR NEEDED A NEW BATTERY INSTEAD & WAS CHARGED ALMOST $700. FACT>> ITS A 6 YEAR OLD CAR WITH LESS THAN 50,000 MILES ON IT. FINAL FACT>>AFTER WAITING 2 FULL WEEKS< I'M TOLD THE EVENING BEFORE THAT THEY DON'T HAVE A LOANER CAR AVAILABLE & EXPECT ME TO EITHER WAIT EVEN LONGER< OR SIT AROUND THE DEALERSHIP WHILE THEY "FIX" THE PROBLEM> THEY HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO FIX THE CAR IN THE LAST 100 DAYS OR SO. THE GUY I SPOKE TO>>JEFFREY DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE & GAVE ME HIS FULL NAME ONLY AFTER I REPEATEDLY ASKED HIM FOR HIS FULL NAME FIRST SAYING "THERE IS ONLY ONE JEFFREY IN SERVICE" I don't believe this dealership cares about its clients & I can see 3-4 recent negative reviews, so I know I am not the only one who has got horrible service recently. I cant wait till I no longer have to contact this dealership. Save yourself a rise in blood pressure & go buy your MB from another dealership...you will be so very thankful you did If I could give this review zero stars, I would. More

Best service I received notice of a needed repair by mail. The schedulers, Paula, Karla and Eileen, got me the appointment to fit my schedule and always greet me I received notice of a needed repair by mail. The schedulers, Paula, Karla and Eileen, got me the appointment to fit my schedule and always greet me and other customers with cheerful attitudes. My service advisor, Paul Karkenny, took only minutes to get to me, had reserved a car for my use, and did not pressure me for additional work. My car was ready that day, washed and, in addition, a fuse replaced at no charge. This is our fifth Mercedes with MB of Princeton, and will not be our last. More
Fast and effective service I arrived at 7:30am for a regular service appointment. Garage doors opened on time and I was quickly and efficiently welcomed. Although my service manager was running late that morning, a colleague met with me.
