Earlier this year, my husband bought a Mercedes Benz at this dealership and he was very pleased with their attentiveness and service. He mentioned to Dale Cook that I would be interested in a Certified Pr this dealership and he was very pleased with their attentiveness and service. He mentioned to Dale Cook that I would be interested in a Certified Pre-Owned GL 450 but we wanted one with dual DVD players in the back (since we have children) and we did not want it to have a lot of miles. Dale spent months looking for the perfect vehicle for us and finally found one and today we bought it! I am so happy with this dealership. Everyone is so kind and very knowledgable from Dale Cook to his manager, Gary, to Tom Knobloch Sr. Thank you for finding the perfect vehicle for me and my family. It is very much appreciated! More

Went to the dealer to test drive the CLA250. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a staff member who assisted me with the drive. The gentleman that accompanied on the test, Rueben, Was very knowledge I walked in, I was greeted by a staff member who assisted me with the drive. The gentleman that accompanied on the test, Rueben, Was very knowledgeable and friendly. After the drive, we went to look at all the available models and was happy to see a huge selection. After sitting down with Michael, I discovered the one model I did pick (it was perfect) was sold. However, Michael made it clear that we would be able to find another just like it. We discussed various options with buying/leasing and Michael was very candid about timing with respect to my VW lease and how to move into the CLA afterwards. Before we bought a Mercedes Benz from Mr. Lai, My husband and I visited several other dealership such as BMW, AUDI, Infiniti-- all they cared about is just "buy now , get the best deal, if you wait, deal and I visited several other dealership such as BMW, AUDI, Infiniti-- all they cared about is just "buy now , get the best deal, if you wait, deal won't be the same---" This was high pressure. We are extremely happy to go back Mercedes Benz of Princeton. Tom Jr. was enthusiastic, sharp, and knowledgeable of the MB product line. Having dealth with this dealership and Mr Cook on a previous deal which we thought at that time was pleasing, prompted us to return. Our experience this time around was astounding. We came in with the expectation of finalizing a deal maybe in a week or two, but was pleasantly surprised that we were able to do so on the same day of our visit. We were not only able to match our previous experience, but to surpass it. We got into a superb automobile. This tells a lot about this dealership and the experience of Mr. Cook. Bought my first Benz in 2004 from Arno Orsini, he is such a professional and down to earth salesman that I remembered his name and this experience 9 years later- Now I am purchasing another Benz.
