Went to buy/lease a Mercedes for my wife (special/major occasion). We met Arno Orsini who made the whole process easy for me. I told him that he needed to sell and explain everything to my wife because it was going to be a gift to her and we had looked at another luxury dealership and she would make the decision on which vehicle she wanted. Arno was great; he explained everything with the vehicle (C Class 300) to her. Went on a test drive and PATIENTLY explain the vehicle's features to her again. He was a professional in every way possible. My wife made her decision and if anything I gave Arno some problems but again he was a true professional. The deal was made. I highly recommend that you use Arno Orsini to purchase your vehicle. He answered all our questions and is very down to earth. More

We were shopping around for a 2014 Mercedes GLK350. From the minute we stepped into the dealership and was introduced to Tom Trovas, we were well taken care of. After test driving the GLK, my husband and I the minute we stepped into the dealership and was introduced to Tom Trovas, we were well taken care of. After test driving the GLK, my husband and I figured the car was not the right one for us (the back seat leg room is tiny!). Feeling dejected we were ready to move back to square one in our hunt for the perfect family hauler. Tom was very patient in listening to our needs and wants and steered us towards the Mercedes ML350 4MATIC. We took it out for a drive and were absolutely in love with the car. Thinking we would probably have to go through the usual nonsense on price negotiation, we went in and prepared to sit down for the long haul. Tom is a straight shooter and gave us a price right off the bat that was reasonable and below true market value. My husband and I were stunned and thought "Wow! A first car buying experience that hasn't been all work but mostly fun!". We would like to thank Tom for doing such a wonderful job in making our experience at the Mercedes Benz of Princeton awesome. He is genuine, likable, patient, knowledgeable, and fun. We will definitely purchase our next Mercedes from him if we can! A++ More

My family has been long customers with MB of Freehold and admittedly I was very skeptical before coming into MB of Princeton. Historically my family has received better pricing at Freehold. That time has admittedly I was very skeptical before coming into MB of Princeton. Historically my family has received better pricing at Freehold. That time has ended and my experience with Alex Shaparin was excellent. When I initially went to MB of Freehold we went back and forth on the pricing quite a few times. (And even after that the pricing did not beat Princeton's) Alex on the other hand was very straightforward. He put his best price upfront and did not pressure me in making a decision right away. It didn't take me long to realize that his price was the best. Overall my experience with MB of Princeton, and more specifically with Alex was an absolute pleasure. If this experience is any indication of how my next buying experience will be, i can assure MB of Princeton that they have locked in a long term client. Jeff Chan More

Our Mercedes specialist was Dale Cook and he went above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience. Mr. Cook was knowledgeable, friendly, and listened to what we were asking for. While we did not have to seal the deal that day, we ended up doing so because of the wonderful deal and the service that we experienced.
