I visited Princeton Mercedes-Benz 8 years ago for my first Mercedes, an ML350. We went there last week to look at the 2014 CLA 250. We loved the looks and there was Paul that hosted us graciously and first Mercedes, an ML350. We went there last week to look at the 2014 CLA 250. We loved the looks and there was Paul that hosted us graciously and answered all our questions. We were not sure and were wavering. Surprisingly, Paul asked us to think it over and take our time before making a decision. He told us that we should be 100% certain. We went for it the next day and he got all our paper work ready on time and took us through it meticulously. I think this purchase experience is the best so far. Thank you Paul. More

I started researching vehicles in January as my current 10 year old car was costing me too much to run and repair. I almost bought a Chevy Equinox but to be honest I didn't really like the car but it was i 10 year old car was costing me too much to run and repair. I really liked the Mercedes Benz GLK 2013 model but it were out of my price range...or so I thought!. After going to Mercedes sites I started getting contacted by all the area dealers. I was told that the bottom line for what I wanted was more than I planned on spending. That's when I was contacted by Alex. I explained the car I was interested in and what I could spend along with my trade. Alex asked me to come in and promised that he would not waste his time or mine. Driving to the dealer on my lunch hour I fully expected that we would not come to an agreement. I met Alex and explained my bottom line. I sat watching him work numbers and to my total shock, he met my price! This was the absolute most amazing experience I ever had buying a car. I didn't buy a car, I bought the car of my dreams! I'm still in shock every time I look at that beautiful vehicle. Everyone compliments me on my car and acts like I spent a fortune. I tell them go to Princeton ask for Alex, you'll be surprised what you can afford. Before I drove off Alex went through and explained all the features and the paperwork. I don't know if all Mercedes dealerships operate this way as I've only dealt with lower end cars but I tell everyone I can to "go see Alex". More

I recently leased my first MB at the MB of Princeton. A colleague had suggested Mr Lai to me and I'm so glad he did. He made the entire process of leasing a car free Princeton and specifically Mr. Lai as a 5+++. My Lai was incredibaly patient, kind and professional. He made the entire process of leasing a car free of any stress and answered all of my questions- and I had a lot! Mr. Lai was extremely friendly, very attentive and even picked me up from the train station when I was without a car. The otherwise painful experience of purchasing a new car was so simple and effortless. I recently purchased ML350 form this dealership. I had several competing offers form others but this dealership was able to provide a great offer. Sales consultant Tom Trovas was extremely accommodating o several competing offers form others but this dealership was able to provide a great offer. Sales consultant Tom Trovas was extremely accommodating of my requests and demands. He listened and worked hard to get me what I wanted. He was very organized and had all the facts aligned for me and yet was charming when it came to negotiation. It was a pleasure to work with him and I rate him the best out there. I have been with this dealership for over 8 years now (since 2007) and love every year of my association with them. I recommend both the dealership and Tom Trovas for anyone who is in the market for a MB. More
