Dale was the ultimate salesmen and made the experience of purchasing a new vehicle which could be stressful anything but that. From the moment he greeted us, he was all about finding out what our needs were and then went through his inventory to find best matches. Once we decided on the E350 we wanted, Dale worked with us to meet both the trade in value of our BMW that we felt was fair as well as negotiating on the new vehicle. I would not only recommend the dealership but I also highly recommend Mr. Dale Cook who through out the process showed class, high customer focus and displayed the utmost patience when dealing with us. He was very helpful did show us several times several cars when we were unable to makeup our minds as to which color combination we should try to get and then spent quite some time researching for us the availability of exactly what we were looking for. You must work with Arno Orsini Executive Summary: I cannot imagine a better person to work with than Arno Orsini. “So, Arno, I’ll bet this is one of the easiest sales you have ever Executive Summary: I cannot imagine a better person to work with than Arno Orsini. “So, Arno, I’ll bet this is one of the easiest sales you have ever had,” I remember saying as we finalized the order for my new CLA45 AMG. When my wife and I met Arno one Saturday morning in the fall, I was pretty sure I wanted to buy a CLA45 AMG based only on what I had read in the press. That model was not yet available in dealers, and I had not even sat in a CLA 250, the model with which the AMG shares most of its body. I contacted Arno based on the brief bio and reviews on the MB of Princeton website. When we met we found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. As others have commented, he was genuinely interested in understanding what I was looking for in a new car, and matching my needs and desires with what MB could offer. He really wanted to be sure that I would be happy with my purchase, especially because this was a “sight unseen” deal. After confirming by a test drive that the cabin of the CLA 250 and size of the vehicle was to our liking, we signed the initial order papers and paid a deposit. Perhaps my observation proved to be a jinx. An apparently unusual equipment request that I had, and the intricacies of European Delivery and the arcane processes of NJ title and registration processes for a motor vehicle imported under the name of an individual, conspired to make this what would be known in systems management as a “manual workaround.” In short, almost everything that could go wrong procedurally, did. But at every complicated twist and turn of the process, Arno patiently and diligently assisted and facilitated the transaction with a “get-it-done” attitude no matter what obstacle needed to be overcome. He and his colleagues went “above and beyond” the level of service I have ever experienced with a new car dealer, including arranging a MB-supplied E550 as a loaner vehicle for us while we toured Germany and Italy when my own car was unavailable. I now have my CLA45 AMG, and it is everything I expected. Arno was not – he is extraordinary and, frankly, the only reason Mercedes-Benz was able to complete my order. There is no doubt in my mind that if we ever purchase another MB, we will do it working with Arno. More
