Unlike the other Mercedes dealership and sales representative, Puneet constantly emailed me about the status of my vehicle including its early arrival. When I came to inspect the vehicle for delivery, Puneet walked me through everything. Additionally. Robert Lisi spent as much as I needed to explain and show me how to operate the vehicle.
