Ed is a Tier 1 professional - by FAR the best sales person I’ve ever done business with. Big shout out to Puneet and Richard (patience and excellent communicator to demystify all the features) who helped deliver the vehicle. The delivery experience was excellently memorable and smooth. There were zero bumps or surprises that would leave a negative vibe when I think back about all that went in to acquiring the vehicle.
