Offer of free wash was made, but rejected due to upcoming storm. Work done on time. Spent a great time speaking with Les in sales (he has sold me my last three MBs). Check out was easy; the lounge was clean (as were the bathrooms), and the Keurig was well-stocked. Great experience, as always. Dennis More

Efficient, effect, professional and friendly, one could not ask for better tech reps nor service providers. Skilled service of older vehicles would not be possible for American brands, not only because the training is not maintained but also because parts are not inventoried after ten years. It is comforting to know that if I owned an 1899 Mercedes-Benz, I could still obtain parts and service from the company and its dealers. For those of us who enjoy driving these cars for many years, this is of vital importance. More

At drop off and pick up times he stayed on the phone while I stood directly in front of him. ( I did not even get a "I'll be right with you") Eventually, I found someone else in service who got his attention. I would strongly encourage management to observe his behavior and address this problem. We had used Holloway Mercedes previously and this was NOT a problem. More
Amazing last minute service! We realized on a Saturday morning that we were due for our yearly maintenance and an inspection. Called Mercedes of Portsmouth at 11am and was offere We realized on a Saturday morning that we were due for our yearly maintenance and an inspection. Called Mercedes of Portsmouth at 11am and was offered an appt. for noon! We took it and promptly left for our 40 min. trip. We arrived almost 10 mins. late and the service manager was very nice about it. He offered us a brand new car to use while we waited for our service. When we got back, our car was done, and washed! I had a few questions regarding my bluetooth capabilities and he was nice enough to sit in the car with me and answer all my questions! I have a dealership right in my own town, but still prefer to make the drive to Portsmouth, where we purchased the car! Also, while we were waiting, we were looking at the new cars. We were approached by Mike Steere to see if we had any questions. I knew there was a new model coming out and wanted to know if he had a picture of it. He very nicely took us in his office and brought the vehicle up on his computer and gave us plenty of information on it! More

Service department I have been very pleased with the service department at Mercedes of Portsmouth so far. Every time I go in I find the sales staff very pleasant and accommodating. Only recommendation I would make is that perhaps they go over some of the details of what the regular service involves. The sheet I received wasn't really comprehensive to someone not in the industry. But otherwise very satisfied with their service department. More

Repairs and inspection to E 550 My experience concerning the repairs was excellent, however when it came time to pay for it I gave a check from my Irrev. Trust account (has my name o My experience concerning the repairs was excellent, however when it came time to pay for it I gave a check from my Irrev. Trust account (has my name on it) which was declined by your check approval service,, UTA United Tranzactions. I paid with a CR card which was no big deal but was very surprised that the check was declined. It was written on a UBS account which has plenty of money in it! I called UTA when I got home and was told it was declined, no kidding, and that I would have to write an exec there to discuss the reasons. I'm not going to do that because I don't care what their reasons are. I thought you might want to know that this part of the experience was unacceptable and you might want to look in to this company. They tarnished my experience with you. Gary Colby More
