This was our second purchase of a pre-cert Mercedes , the last in another state many years ago and we found this experience to be much smoother especially considering the circumstances ( snow storms) and timing of a trade-in with serious problems. Additionally the service department was able to provide us with transportation at the last minute which was a great relief at the time. More
