Still waiting on my 2014 SLK 250 I agreed to purchase a 2014 SLK 2014 from this dealership. I went into test drive February 10th and agreed to purchase the car. We are still waiting on the title, I would not anticipate that it would take 10 business days to get the title from the auction house. Disapointed and a bit frustrated at this point. More

Repairs and inspection to E 550 My experience concerning the repairs was excellent, however when it came time to pay for it I gave a check from my Irrev. Trust account (has my name on it) which was declined by your check approval service,, UTA United Tranzactions. I paid with a CR card which was no big deal but was very surprised that the check was declined. It was written on a UBS account which has plenty of money in it! I called UTA when I got home and was told it was declined, no kidding, and that I would have to write an exec there to discuss the reasons. I'm not going to do that because I don't care what their reasons are. I thought you might want to know that this part of the experience was unacceptable and you might want to look in to this company. Prompt help with a damaged tire. However, Rich made every effort to get the tire delivered the next day and replace the punctured one. The tire was covered through an after-market insurance. Although the dealer did not sell that insurance, they took the necessary steps to get reimbursed by the insurance company. More
