Mercedes Benz of Portsmouth denied my warranty and refuse to work on my vehicle. Due to some modified parts. This is 100% illigal due to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. They refued to replace a clogged fuel to work on my vehicle. Due to some modified parts. This is 100% illigal due to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. They refued to replace a clogged fuel rail. They blamed the defective oem part on the the modification but actually didn't prove that the fault OEM part was faulty because of the modification. Typical mercedes benz of portsmouth trying to not honor warrantys and showing they dont care about there customers or honor corporate car warranties. This is 100% illigal. More

My wife’s GLE was recently totaled by insurance - Randy showed care and empathy about the situation and was very low pressure about the purchasing process. We reached out a couple days later to request pricing. It was the most transparent, low pressure process I have ever experienced with getting into a new car. They had the best price on the vehicle and did not play any games with the numbers. My wife continues after a week to say she can’t believe how easy the process was. If you need a new or CPO Mercedes do not just walk, run to Mercedes Portsmouth and ask for Randy! More

Bought a truck from them recently was good customer service at first. I filled out my paperwork gave them deposit and all that good stuff, they said they couldn’t hand over truck until it got detailed. service at first. I pick up the truck at night after work and take my new truck home. I get it in the sunlight and all you can see is they completely ruined my clear coat! Took it for an estimate and the people couldn’t believe what Mercedes Benz of Portsmouth/Greenland had done to it! Now they’re saying they’re willing to contribute an 1/8th of the price to fix it! Yesterday I called into the dealership from Florida to get help disabling a sensor from a minor mishap over the weekend. Connor Heyland picked up the call as service was busy, Connor could not have been any more helpful! Truth be told, I didn't introduce myself...I think I was frantic and just needed help to shut it off and Connor did just that with his patience and kindness! Great Dealer. I purchased my first GLC when it was Holloway Mercedes. After I ordered my new vehicle my sales person couldn't have cared less. I tried to call him twice for the VIN # and the third and final time I called the receptionist and had her take a hand written note. I sen him a text and it took him 3 days to get back to me. One one particular occasion I told him I was coming to leave some paperwork and when I got there a half hour later he was out on a road test. Another salesperson by the name of Connor was kind enough to help me. I could not get an answer as to how much they would give me for my trade until I called the General Sales Manager for help. He was very apologetic to my experience and was able to give me an offer for my trade so I could make a decision to sell it or trade it. More
