Service was excellent. I had a B Service and two recalls to do. They thought it'd be 4 to 6 hours. My appointment was at 1pm but I arrived early at noon. They got don I had a B Service and two recalls to do. They thought it'd be 4 to 6 hours. My appointment was at 1pm but I arrived early at noon. They got done in only 2 hours. I was on my way home at 2pm. It was my best experience to-date. I have been going to Mercedes Benz of Portland since I moved to the PNW 7 years ago. I don't plan on going anywhere else. More

Best service for the metro area. Been to others that are closer to me, but this has best service. Only issue is it is hard to get an appointment most the time cause they are so busy.
