Brandon was smug and quite rude. He was unwilling to problem solve and take responsibility for his shop's errors. I would not recommend him nor Mercedes of Portland. I've since switched to Mercedes of Wilsonville, which is significantly farther from my home. But quality and competent service is worth the added time. More

I have no complaints about the car service only that There was very if any understanding that I am alone, old and live in Longview and had to know what was going on. The service team was friendly. Nothing super special about the service itself.
