Found no problem. Charged over $700 diagnostic charges. Vehicle failed in same way first time driven after returning home. Money should be returned for diagnostic time Charged over $700 diagnostic charges. Vehicle failed in same way first time driven after returning home. Money should be returned for diagnostic time. Took vehicle to Shore Auto in Boca Raton. They found problem in one hour. (They did not charge diagnostic time) More

I am giving the dealership 4 stars only because it took quite a long time for my Mercedes to be serviced. I called the dealership a week ahead of my service visit, I told them I would drop off the vehicle quite a long time for my Mercedes to be serviced. I called the dealership a week ahead of my service visit, I told them I would drop off the vehicle the night before my service appointment that was a Tuesday night and I did not receive a text until Thursday night. This was just a routine service visit nothing out of the ordinary. So this is the reason I gave them 4stars. More
