Overall very poor experience . We had our car towed into the facility. It took two days for the dealer to call and tell us what was wrong . Then we waited 7 days for the part. Over We had our car towed into the facility. It took two days for the dealer to call and tell us what was wrong . Then we waited 7 days for the part. Overall 10 days in the shop. No loner. Had a hard time reaching our service advisor. Call staff was rude. Found out the dealer outsources to a call center so they only send emails for follow up. Would not recommend! More

Brought s550 in for non operating air cond controls. Gave an exact explanation of problem. They kept the car for 9 days. when i picked it up After paying $883.00 for labor only. not only does the exact Gave an exact explanation of problem. They kept the car for 9 days. when i picked it up After paying $883.00 for labor only. not only does the exact same problem occur, the discharge air is noticeable warmer than it was previously. I spoke with the technician along with the service writer and the technician stated in front of both of us " i don't have a clue of what the problem is, so we will have to start over from the beginning to attempt to solve the problem" I was a bit shocked with his answer concerning my situation, and so was the service writer. But after spending $883.00 for a labor Only repair, I believe that i deserve a much more descriptive answer to my question !! My honest opinion is this so called air conditioning certified technician is as dumb as a box of rocks. I sent them a letter Before they attempted the repair, but I believe the newer breed of technicians, only know what they are instructed to do by plugging in a computer and acting upon it's results. Not this technician, he knows nothing about how a refrigeration system, nor does he understand the working actions of a MB climate control module. It is very unfortunate that we as customers are relying upon (Some) not all technicians to diagnose vehicles wort $300,000 plus dollars, and all they capable of answering is " I don't have a clue !!" More
