Unfortunately, first time for my poor experience during my visit to Pompano Beach- Mercedes Benz Service department. My visit was to seek a "Technology Specialist" to remedy or update software as per Merc my visit to Pompano Beach- Mercedes Benz Service department. My visit was to seek a "Technology Specialist" to remedy or update software as per Mercedes Benz Customer Service and the case # was provided to the advisor, which he was very courteous and professional. It took 2 days for the" shop service individual" to read the error message that appeared on my Multimedia Screen and was the reason for the visit. Simply it was highlighted on the repair invoice and I was told ..sorry we can't do anything about it. I believe that either you may not have a "Technology Specialist" or was too busy to see my vehicle. After 2 days without a loaner car which was ok, got my car without any valid explanation from the shop technician, but it was covered with some of "Birds Droppings" and the front passenger seat was full reclined and that's an indication that someone was relaxing in my car or might be sleeping????? Honestly, I have been thinking for a couple of days to voice my opinion or just move on. I decided to share that experience with whom it may concern. More
My Assistant Service Manager Illyia Giorski and his team got the job done superbly, unlike the big mess created at MB of Fort Lauderdale. Setting up my service appointment was easy and efficient. Service was completed on time as promised and check out/loaner return also quick. MB of Pompano is far better than MB of Ft. Lauderdale didn’t get my appointment date/time right after 3 calls to service advisor. I will never go back to your FLL location and will continue with MB of Pompano. Hayden is my service advisor. As soon as I drove into the shop reception area I was taken care in a very polite and professional way, Frank was very attentive and answered Frank.
